Screw capper and Vinolok capper all in one

The "BN 3000 - Vinolok" capper is a special machine developed for our customer Invinova's UMC 28 integrating screw capping and Vinolok capping.
The first special feature of the BN 3000 Vinolok is that the vibrating bowl is located inside the machine on the capping column and not on an external foot as usual. In addition, the capping column has been lowered as much as possible in order to respect the very small avaiblable space of the mobile bottling unit.
On this model, the capping column has only one fixed position: the screw capper is central and the Vinolok is deported and can be easily dismantled.
For the screw capper, the operation remains the same: capping in the starwheel and for the Vinolok, the starwheel is removed for a direct passage.
